Employer Excellence Award
Louise Palmer of 345 Preschools sees staff training and continued professional development as key to improving the learning outcomes for children attending their three preschools. Our partnership is beneficial to her staff as she supports them to return to study to gain their full qualifications. She has offered work placements for learners and was actively involved in the College’s application for the Beacon Award for employer engagement.
