Student Ambassadors Maya Cheruto and Degan Negheia helped give out goody bags on the day.
Potential students came to explore the College and find out more about the variety of courses on offer. Goody bags, free mini manicures (provided by Beauty Therapy students) and site tours were also highlights of the day.
One particular visitor, Chris Rule, attended Open Day to find out about courses in Travel and Tourism as well as Computing.
Chris said he had heard good things about the College from family and friends.
“I’ve always been interested in travel and would consider working overseas one day, maybe somewhere like Florida. I’m also familiar with computers but would like to learn more,” he said.
Originally from Enfield, 22-year-old Chris said he found the teachers very helpful during Open Day and they offered a lot of advice.
“They told me what I could expect from the course and how many units would be covered in a year. I’ve started filling in my application form, so I hope things go well.”
Another visitor through the doors at the Enfield Centre was Aysha Lewis.
She said: “I’ve been to two Open Days now and have found it really helpful and informative. I also had time to take advantage of the free mini manicures that were on offer – it was great!”
