- College learners talking together about Tottenham riots

The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London was pleased to support an initiative commissioned by the Haringey Community Panel and supported by Haringey Council to get learners talking together about the Tottenham Riots, this week (Weds 19 October, 2011). Led by facilitators from The Young Foundation, a centre for social research and innovation, findings from what the thirty young people had to say will be reported back to the Haringey Community Panel.
- College launches Learner Hub with Enfield partners

The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London launched its state-of-the-art building, the Learner Hub last night (Tuesday, 11 October 2011). The Launch took place in the Hub’s multipurpose large ground floor space for mentoring and student enrichment activities. Attended by the Mayor of Enfield, Cllr Christiana During, alongside many other local councillors and Enfield Council officers – the theme for the evening was partnership working.
- College Higher Education Fair a great success

Learners from the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London got to meet representatives from 23 different universities last week, as the College hosted its annual Higher Education Fair (Tuesday, 4 October).
- College first for Travel and Tourism

The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London was honoured at an Institute of Travel and Tourism (ITT) presentation last Thursday (29 September). The award recognises that the College is first in the country to achieve the coveted Business Excellence in Education (BEE) endorsement. 
- College brings Indian melodies into the classroom

Music Technology students at the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London sampled Indian melodies and rhythms earlier this month when they took part in a workshop as part of their course.
