The Human Resources Sub-Committee exists to address human resource issues generally, and more specifically those arising from the merger of CONEL and Enfield College. The HR sub committee reports to the Finance, Policy and Resources Committee. It is envisaged that the sub-committee will have a finite life linked to the completion of a range of key HR developments.
