What qualifications do I need?You will need to be over 19 years of age and take an assessment in literacy and numeracy. A reference will be required.
What will I learn?This course is for those without formal qualifications who would like to progress to any business related degree programme, such as an Honours Degree, a Foundation Degree or a Certificate of Higher Education at a University. This course covers the following mandatory units: contribute to management of performance and enhancement of value, contribute to the planning and control of resources and drafting financial statements.
How will I be taught?This course is taught through workshops, guest speakers and visits.
How will I be assessed?You will be assessed through a series of assignments, coursework, exams and oral presentations.
What could I do next?You may progress to any business related degree. You could gain employment in a range of careers e.g. in an office supervisory role, book-keeper, accounts.
