  • What will I learn?You will gain the basic skills to teach, and receive an introduction to the skills and knowledge that are required to work in the Lifelong Learning Sector.

  • What qualifications do I need?You need to have good written and spoken English (Level 3), be IT literate and qualified to Level 3 in the specialist subject you wish to teach. You will have an initial assessment and interview.

  • How will I be taught?You will be taught in a variety of ways, using group work, lectures, practical sessions and presentations.

  • How will I be assessed?You are assessed through course work and assignments.

  • What could I do next?You could progress to the Certificate to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS) Level 4.

  • When can I start? Most courses start in September, January or February and at various points throughout the year. Courses are held at our Tottenham or Enfield Centres.
