What will I learn?This course gives you the opportunity to use money in adding, taking away, multiplying and dividing. You will also cover measurement, shape and space and working with data. This course helps you to gain more confidence and understanding in maths.
What qualifications do I need?No qualifications are needed to start this course but you will need to have an informal interview to identify your level of maths in order to place you on the right course.
How will I be taught?This course is taught in a classroom using varied teaching and learning techniques. You will have a mixture of group activities, discussions and practical activities.
How will I be assessed?You will take an exam at the end of the year.
What could I do next?You could progress to numeracy Entry Level 3.
