What will I learn?This course builds on your existing accounting skills and covers units such as maintaining financial records and preparing accounts, recording and evaluating costs and revenues, preparing reports and returns.
What qualifications do I need?You will need to take simulated assessments and external exams at AAT Level 2 to qualify for this course. A reference will be required.
How will I be taught?Teaching is through a series of workshops, guest speakers and visits.
How will I be assessed?You will be continuously assessed through skills tests and exams.
What could I do next?You could enter a range of financial careers or progress to the NVQ in Accounting (Technician) AAT Level 4, Diploma in Management Studies, or other professional qualifications.
