23 June is VQ Day, a national day of activity and celebration around vocational qualifications. In honour of VQ Day, the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London is holding a series of tasters to whet your appetite for the wide range of exciting courses we can offer.

Creative Studies Taster Day at our Tottenham Centre
Wednesday 23 June, 10am - 12pm or 2pm - 4pm
Find out about the professional skills that you are required to have to work in the Creative Industries. You will meet tutors and current students, who will take you on a tour of the College and show you examples of current projects.
You will take part in a practical studio-based workshop led by one of our expert tutors giving you real insight into your chosen pathway. You can choose from the following subjects:

ICT and Computing Taster Day at our Tottenham Centre
Wednesday 23 June, sessions between 10am and 5pm - exact times to be confirmed
Find out about the skills, creativity and imaginative practice that you need to gain work in ICT and Computing. You will take part in practical studio-based workshops led by one of our expert tutors, showing you how to create web pages, web sites and develop real expertise with essential software programmes Dreamweaver and Photoshop.

Science Taster Day at our Enfield Centre and our Tottenham Centre
Wednesday 23 June: 1hr sessions, starting at 10am, 11am, 2pm or 4pm
For those of you with imaginative and analytical minds who want to pursue a career in science try out our Science taster day. You will be able to meet our tutors, tour the labs and carry out some fun and exciting experiments.

Carpentry Taster Day at our Enfield Centre
Wednesday 23 June: 10am - 12 noon
Try out your skills or hone some existing ones in our carpentry taster session. Our School of Construction is a leader in the field with one of the highest rates of employment.
