If you are aged 16-18, this English for Speakers of Other Languages course is designed to give you extra support, helping you to progress to higher level study or employment. You will improve all areas of your English, whatever your starting level is.
You will go on a variety of trips and take part in a range of extra-curricular activities, from football to first aid.
We will also help you develop employability skills, with many of our students also having the chance to volunteer and gain work experience. Careers guidance and discussions about your next step are an important part of the course.
You will receive lots of tutorial support, and a youth worker will also provide support on this programme.
All applicants must have an initial assessment and interview to confirm that the course is suitable for them.
If you will be aged 16, 17 or 18 on 31 August in the year you begin your course, and have been resident in the UK/EU/EEA for the past 3 years, it will be FREE. Some courses will have other costs associated, such as for materials and trips. Many of our students are eligible for financial support when studying at college – please click here for more information.
