This course will equip you with a deeper knowledge of personal training, designed to make you versatile and adaptable to the workplace. You will gain practical and applicable skills that you can use immediately when working with clients, learning about anatomy, physiology, applied training and nutrition.
This course consists of two separate qualifications. The first part of the course will be an Introduction to Personal Training, followed by the Personal Training - Level 3 Diploma (YMCA).

All applicants must have an initial assessment and interview to confirm that the course is suitable for them.
You will be assessed in a variety of ways, including assignments and practical tasks.

If you will be aged 19 or older on 31 August in the year you begin your course, and have been resident in the UK/EU/EEA for the past 3 years, your course will be FREE, regardless of your age or income. Some courses will have other costs associated, such as for materials and trips. On successful completion of the course, you can progress to further study, an apprenticeship or other employment.
