This qualification looks in-depth at the skills required in the Public Services at management or Officer level, preparing students for life in the work place, whether this is within Uniformed or Non-Uniformed Public Services e.g. Armed Forces, Emergency Services, Customs and Excise or the Home Office.

This one year programme will provide you with the opportunity to mentor Level 1-3 students enabling you to develop your teamwork and leadership skills and enable your confidence and personal development to attain your goals. We also have a wide range of facilities that we will access with you to enable achievement and attainment of your qualification, this will take the form of high/low ropes challenge, sports hall and practical leadership training. You will be expected to take part and lead fitness sessions with other groups one day a week to help improve or boost your fitness.

This course separates us from anybody else, as you can build on your personal confidence and attach yourself to a tutor group whom you will mentor throughout your two years with us.
