Introduction to the course
You will study physiology, sports and exercise, fitness, biomechanics, sports psychology and carry out your own research project.
What do I need?
You will need 4 GCSEs at grades A*-C or equivalent, including English, maths and science or a Level 3 90 Credit diploma qualification at Merit grade.
How is the course taught?
You will learn using a mixture of classroom and practical activities.
How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed via a combination of observations during practical tasks and written coursework.
