Employer Engagement team
The College has a strong business development team who will be more than happy to come and meet you to carry out full training needs analysis and offer training solutions to meet every budget. This could include government funded or partially or fully funded by you. The team are very experienced at matching the right funding to training and if we can’t deliver the training for you we will point you to good quality providers that can.
Apprenticeships are a fantastic way to help your business expand or help you with succession planning. These programmes are designed for both new and existing employees. When you recruit a new apprentice they learn on the job and as they grow their skills become an asset to your business.
Apprentices of all ages have made an active choice to learn and are committed to a specific career. The programme is an effective way of training the kind of employees your business needs.

Pre-Apprenticeships are short intense 3 month courses that prepare people for an Apprenticeship with the basic entry qualification. The College offers pre-apprenticeships for 16-24 year olds who would like to work as Accounting Technicians or Railtrack Engineers. The College prides itself on offering our learners on the job work experience. If you would like to offer a work experience placement, please get in touch. Work experience placements often get offered work with the employers they do a work placement with. Work experience is a great way of getting to know someone before you commit to employment.
