The Railtrack Engineering Training We Offer
Our training programmes are designed to give you everything you need to know to get work as a track person within the rail industry or to progress to an Apprenticeship. The training programmes are run bythe College's partner in Railway Training, Intertrain UK.
Who is the training available for?
Training is available for those aged 16 – 24 and would like to work within the Railway sector. Successful applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will be assessed as to where they are within their personal development and will be signposted to the correct training programme that meets their individual needs.
What will I be doing?
There will be a combination of classroom work in the College's first class facilities to underpin knowledge and work experience in an operational railway environment to develop your skills.

What will I get from it?
Once you successfully complete the training programme, you will receive qualifications which add to your ability to find work on the railway.
