The sides were evened out and the score was reset to 0-0. The staff won with a score of 7-0, Jonathan Silman, Head of School for Sports and Public Services, was amongst the goal scorers for the staff team.
Jonathan said: “I was delighted to take part in this event to raise money for Sports Relief. I am encouraged to include this event in the college sporting calendar as the staff and students clearly enjoyed the occasion. I feel that the students were surprised that the staff actually won!”
Olawade Oyewole, an ICT student stated: “The event was fun and I enjoyed competing against the teachers especially the sports coaches whilst raising money for charity.”
