College student works for UK’s biggest radio advertising specialist
The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London's former Accounting (Technician) AAT Apprenticeship Level 4 student has got a new job at RadioWorks, a large organisation in central London offering the biggest range of services of any radio advertising specialist in the UK.
Tenica Achord-Green is Radioworks new Accounts Assistant. Speaking about her course, Tenica said: "It was a perfect balance of theory and practical work. All the work done in class closely matched the exam, but the practical experience was really useful."
Tenica enjoys her job at RadioWorks and is settling-in nicely to her new team. Tenica added: "I feel good about what I achieved at College and the work experience was invaluable - it really helped me!"
Jane O'Neill Interim Principal and Chief Executive said: "We are delighted that Tenica has been recruited as an Accounts Assistant for such a large and well-respected company. I'm very pleased to know that her course provided an excellent stepping stone to her future career in accountancy".
